Haldibari (community development block) (Bengali: হলদিবাড়ি সমষ্টি উন্নয়ন ব্লক) is an administrative division in Mekhliganj subdivision of Cooch Behar district in the Indian state of West Bengal. Haldibari police station serves this block. Headquarters of this block is at Haldibari.[1][2]

As per 2001 census, Haldibari block had a total population of 93,836, out of which 48,466 were males and 45,370 were females.
